At 0513 hours, the Seattle Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a car fire in the 2800 block of McClellan Street. Fire Marshal 5 responded and determined it was Arson. No one was injured. Patrol responded and coordinated with SFD. Marshal 5 screened with ABS.

At 0309 hours, radio broadcast 15 shots from the area of Alki Beach. Officer responded and spoke with witnesses that advised it appeared to be vehicle shooting at each and chasing one another. Officer located shell casings. There was a glass panel to a balcony railing that was damaged.
