At 1400 hours, officers responded to a DV disturbance in the Highpoint neighborhood. While on scene, officers developed ITA criteria for an involved female. While handcuffed, the female assaulted officers causing minor injuries.

At 1949 hours, officers responded to a fight disturbance at the Atlantic City Boat Ramp, 9026 Seward Park AV S. One RP had reported hearing lots of screaming/people saying ‘I’ll shoot you’ coming from the beach. Officers arrived and determined that a woman had approached a 3-year-old child who was unrelated to her, taken her by the hand and tried to lead her away from the beach area. Bystanders argued with the suspect and a disturbance ensued. The suspect was arrested. The suspect was declined at KCJ, and a hospital guard was set.
