Around 3:00 a.m. officers responded to a report of a man firing a gun into the air after a fist fight in the 800 block of Alaskan Way. A single fired cartridge casing was collected.

Officers were dispatched to a man waving a knife. Officers were aware the suspect had threatened multiple people with a knife in the area, on several occasions. They arrived and made a plan to contact the suspect. The suspect fled into the apartment lobby. Officers followed and took him into custody.

West Precinct patrol officers were conducting narcotics enforcement around 1st Avenue and Pike Street. Officers arrested a suspect for selling narcotics and recovered a stolen gun, narcotics, a scale and cash. The suspect was booked into King County Jail for various narcotics offenses and possessing a stolen firearm while being a felon.
