Store security in the 4700 block of Brooklyn AV NE called 911 to report a suspect that had shoplifted, then pulled a knife on security when he was contacted for shoplifting. The suspect fled the scene southbound on Brooklyn AV NE and was not located.

At 904 hours officers were dispatched to 6 AV/Seneca ST for a stabbing call. Witness reported two females fighting and one of them was bleeding. When officers arrived, both parties were still at the scene. One of the females sustained numerous stab wounds and had a significant injury to her head. She was transported to HMC with significant, but non-life threating injures.

At approximately 1839 hours, North Precinct officers were dispatched to assist Edward Sector officers with locating a suspect involved in a carjacking. The car had been tracked to a parking lot near Northgate Station in Lincoln Sector. Officers arrived and located the suspect in the stolen vehicle in the Northgate Station parking lot. Upon the officer’s arrival, the suspect fled until officers were able to apprehend the suspect. The victim’s vehicle was returned to the victim.
