Around 10:30 p.m., several callers reported a man broke the window to a vehicle and set fire to it outside of an apartment building in the 800 block of Hiawatha Place South. Officers quickly arrived, and detained a suspect walking away from the scene. Witnesses positively identified him, and he was arrested for Arson.

Officers attempted to stop a group of subjects loitering on private property behind a closed business with drug paraphernalia nearby. A male subject fled on foot and dropped two bags he was wearing. Officers recovered the bags and located inside them a digital scale and a plastic container with suspected narcotics, which later tested positive for fentanyl. The same officers located the subject later that night and he immediately tried to flee again. A foot pursuit was initiated, and officers successfully took the subject into custody. He was booked into KCJ.

Officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of Rainer Ave S for a male with a firearm breaking windows to local business. The victims inside reported the male was pointing a firearm at them demanding a satchel inside. The suspect was unsuccessful in getting the satchel a took off on foot. Responding officers located the suspect and a victim show up confirmed this was the same suspect in possession of the firearm. The suspect was booked into KCJ.

On Sunday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. officers responded to a male on the light rail who was bleeding from his stomach. Officers located the victim, who had been stabbed in the abdomen. The victim said it happened near a bar in Pioneer Square. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition. RTCC cameras showed the victim got on the light rail at Pioneer Square. Officers located the location of the assault and spoke to witnesses. No suspect has been arrested.
