Citizen Thwarted Auto Theft
On 12-19-08, just shortly before 3 am, a citizen in the 13900 block of Northwood Road NW, observed a vehicle being stolen and called 911. Third Watch Officers responded and located four individuals who were involved in stealing a Honda. Two suspects were in the car, and two were standing about 100 feet from the vehicle. [...]
