On 12-19-08, just shortly before 3 am, a citizen in the 13900 block of Northwood Road NW, observed a vehicle being stolen and called 911. Third Watch Officers responded and located four individuals who were involved in stealing a Honda. Two suspects were in the car, and two were standing about 100 feet from the vehicle. It was learned that the suspects arrived in a van that one of the suspect’s stole from his own mother. They then broke out the driver’s window of the Honda and forcibly removed the ignition. The suspects confessed after Miranda and one adult was booked into King County Jail and one juvenile was accepted at the Youth Services Center.
