On 7/19/09, just shortly after 11:00 p.m., officers saw the “victim” down on the ground at Rainier Av S. and S. Kenyon St. The victim and witness stated that they had just gotten off the bus when a black SUV pulled up, and the front seat passenger flashed gang signs and yelled, “What!” The 2 males seated in the car shot at the victim from close range. The victim was struck in the leg. The suspect vehicle left Northbound.

There were lots of people at the scene and many left in vehicles shortly after our investigation started.

The victim sustained 3 gunshot wounds and his leg.
