Stabbing in North Seattle
On October 21st at approximately 6:50 p.m. officers responded to the 10400 block of 5th Avenue NE for the report of a male victim lying on the sidewalk with an apparent stab wound to the neck.
Preliminary investigation indicates that the 19-year-old male victim was stabbed while in the underground parking garage of a nearby business and walked out to the sidewalk where he collapsed. The victim was subsequently found by citizen passersby who called 911. SFD Medics transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Officers, including K-9, conducted an extensive area search however, the suspect(s) remain at large. Homicide and CSI detectives responded to the scene and continue to actively investigate.
Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identity or whereabouts of the suspect(s) is asked to call 911 or Seattle Police immediately.
