Stabbing in South Seattle

On December 10th at approximately 8:40 p.m. officers responded to 50th Avenue South and South Rose Street to investigate a stabbing.  SFD was already on scene with the male victim.  Officers arrived and contacted a less than cooperative victim, and later determined that the assault occurred at a nearby home in the 8100 block of 48th Avenue South.  The 52-year-old male victim was subsequently transported to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers then contacted multiple subjects at the residence in question and found them to be generally unhelpful. Preliminary investigation indicates that the two suspects, both described as black males in their early 20’s, 5’10”, slender build and wearing hoodies, are known to the victim.  They were at the victim’s house and soon got into an argument with the victim.  One of the suspects struck the victim on the face with a mason jar and then started stabbing him.  The suspects ran off and got into a small, older white sedan with a black stripe down the side.  They drove off and remain at large.  The victim staggered to the door and wandered down the street where he soon met SFD.
