A man was found shot on Delridge Way SW about a half hour after another man was found shot on SW Avalon Way.
On April 1st at approximately 11:47 p.m. officers responded to a 911 call of a man shot in the 5600 block of Delridge Way SW. Officers subsequently located a 19-year-old male victim with gunshot wounds to the arm, leg, and torso. The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unknown.
Fire department medics responded and transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Homicide/Assault detectives responded to process the scene and will be handling the on-going investigation.
It is unknown at this time if the two shootings in West Seattle are related however, detectives are actively investigating that possibility.
