Police Searching for Suspect After Man was Stabbed in Neck on Capitol Hill

A man who was sleeping in the enclosed entry way of a building was stabbed in the neck with a pen by an unknown suspect early Thursday morning.  The suspect fled the scene and has not yet been located.  The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries….
