Officers arrested an armed felon late Wednesday night in an undercover prostitution sting in the International District.
The 44-year-old man approached an undercover officer working in the 1000 block of South Jackson Street in the International District and offered narcotics to the officer in exchange for sex. Officers then arrested the man without incident.
Police searched the man and found 5 grams of heroin, 5 grams of methamphetamine and a .22 caliber pistol. The suspect is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing firearms.
Officers booked the man into King County Jail for drug and firearms violations.
