On October 7th South Precinct officers investigated to a strong-arm robbery involving two female victims. This incident occurred at approximately 7:00 PM in Othello Park. While walking thorough the park the victims were approached by two female suspects in their teens. One victim was physically assaulted and had her shoes stolen. The second victim was approached and told to hand over her i-Pod. When she refused it was pulled from her hand and she was told to leave. Victim 2 assisted Victim 1 to her feet and they walked to the home of victim two to report the incident. An area check was made at the park but the suspects were not located.
