On October 12th at 6:12 PM, two adult females were engaged in a fist fight in the 400 block of Occidental Avenue S. An adult male associated with one of the combatants stopped the fight and brought his companion back to a parked Nissan Pick-up. The other combatant and her retinue approached the pick-up in an apparent effort to resume the fight. In response to this the driver of the pick-up produced a semi-automatic pistol and fired one round into the air. This resulted in an immediate evacuation of those in the area.
West Precinct patrol officers responded and upon arrival located evidence believed to be from the suspect vehicle. The evidence was submitted with a request for processing.
None of the participants involved in this incident were located. The suspect vehicle was described as a white 4-dr. Nissan Pick-up with a partial WA. plate of B-1.
