Stabbing in Belltown, suspect arrested

On November 24th at approximately 7:30 P.M., officers responded to the 2000 block of 3rd Avenue to investigate a possible stabbing.  The fight occurred between two males who know each other.  The suspect was apprehended a couple of  blocks away with the knife in his pocket.  The 30 year-old male victim sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital. The 31year-old suspect was booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Assault.   The hospital staff advised that the wound did not look life threatening.
