On 01/31/09 at approximately 1050 p.m., the victim reported that he was waiting at a bus stop in the 12400 block of 35 NE, when he was approached by a suspect described as a B/M 30’s 6’2”, Med build, wearing a White BB cap and Black jacket. The suspect asked the victim for money and when the victim produced his wallet the suspect grabbed it. The suspect then produced a handgun causing the victim to surrender his wallet. The suspect then drove away from the scene in a black 90’s “Asian” style or Saturn type vehicle.
An area check for the suspect and vehicle was negative. The investigation continues.
