On February 10th at 4:05 PM, South Precinct patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 9600 block of 41st Avenue S. The victim reported to officers that he was at home when he heard two gunshots outside. He looked and saw a red Nissan 4-door car speeding away northbound on 41st. The victim discovered his car’s back window had been damaged by the gunfire. The car had been parked in front of his house. The victim reported that the suspects appeared to be two Latino men between the ages of 18-20. The victim thought that the suspects may be the same people he had an altercation with 3 years ago. An area check for the suspects was unsuccessful. Two shell casings were recovered from the scene and placed into evidence.
