On 2/26/09 at 1048 a.m., officers responded to the 5200 block of Columbia Dr. S to a residental burglary in progress. The caller/victim reported hearing two people inside his home. He was hiding in his room on the 2nd floor. The suspects made their way to the 2nd floor where the victim was hiding. Upon hearing the victim in the room, the two suspects fled out the rear door with property from the house. Officers arrived in the area moments later and saw to juvenile males, who fit the decription giving by the victim, walking away from the area. The officers stopped and detained the two suspects. The victim positively identified the two juvenile males along with property the suspects had stolen from the victim’s house. The two juvenile male suspects were arrested and booked into Youth Service Center for Investigation of Burglary.
