On March 6th, at approximately 4:02 P.M., a motorcycle ridden by a 27-year old female, was traveling eastbound on Belmont Avenue East approaching Bellevue Place East.
A Toyota Sedan that was stopped at a stop sign facing southbound on Bellevue Pl E, drove across the intersection and struck the motorcyclist. The motorcycle was then pushed into a Ford that was stopped facing northbound at a stopped stop sign.
SFD responded to the scene and transported the motorcyclist to HMC for serious injuries that she sustained from the collision.
Seattle Police Traffic Collision Investigation Squad responded to the scene and will conduct their investigation.
