On April 4th at 6:15 p.m. officers responded to a report of a stabbing in front of a tavern in the 300 block of Bell Street. When officers arrived, they made contact with the victim and the suspect, both adult males. SFD Medics provided emergency care to the victim and transported him to Harborview Medical Center for additional treatment. His injuries are not life-threatening. The suspect was placed under arrest and later booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Assault. What led to the stabbing remains unknown, but there are indications that the two men knew each other.
