Burglary/barricaded suspects arrested in South Seattle

On April 9th at 9:41 a.m., South Precinct officers responded to a call at a residence in the 8400 Block of 37th Avenue South.  The call stated that there was a burglary in progress.    Officers responded to the location and discovered a broken window at the residence next door.  The officers set up containment and observed the suspects moving around inside the house.  The suspects refused to follow the commands of the officers to exit the residence.  SWAT and additional units responded to the scene.  Eventually, the two suspects came out of the house and were taken into custody.  The SWAT officers searched the house and did not locate any additional suspects.  The suspects will be booked into the Youth Services Center.  The South Precinct Burglary/Theft  detectives will be responsible for the follow up investigation.
