On April 11th, at approximately 12:45 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to a call of a burglary in progress in the 4500 Block of 18th Avenue NE. A neighbor called to report that the victim was not home and they saw two suspects prying the window to enter the residence. Several units arrived and observed the suspects inside the residence going through the apartment.
Officers contained the apartment, then announced their presence ordering the suspects out. Officers took both suspects into custody, both are juveniles and believed to be active burglars in this area. The two juvenile suspects were booked into the Youth Services Center.
