On 4/18/09 at 1210 a.m., officers were called to a construction site in the alley between U-way and 15th Ave. NE. The construction site contained a portable toilet facing the alley. Unknown suspect(s), burned the porta-potty to the ground using an unknown ignition source. The flames from the fire charred the front of a house under construction and the side of the adjoining occupied multiplex to the south of it. There were no injuries reported.
Seattle Fire, Fire Marshall 5 and Arson Bomb Squad responded to the scene. The investigation continues.
