On 4/25/2009 at 1125 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 9000 block of Wallingford Ave N., for a call of an ex-husband chasing his ex-wife and hitting her. The victim drove to the North Pct and was now in the front parking lot. The victim stated that her ex-husband used his car to ram into her car while she was in it. There was a large dent in the left side of her car. She was not injured but was concerned that her ex was on the way to her house where her children where. Officers responded to her home where they found the suspect. He was placed under arrest without incident. The children were ok. Officers also located two witnesses that identified the suspect as the person who rammed the victims car.
The suspect was booked into KCJ for Assault.
