On 05/18/09 at approx. 9:30 p.m., a yellow cab failed to negotiate the turn from N. 38th onto Linden Ave. N. during a heavy rain storm. The cab left the road and collided with the house located in the 3800 block of Linden Ave. N. causing damage to the structure and damage to the cab. No injuries were reported by the cab driver.
