On 5/30/09, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a male victim was attacked by two male suspects in the 8300 block of Rainier Ave. S. One suspect struck the victim in the back of the head with a club(used on car steering wheels as an anti theft device) while the other suspect slashed him with a box cutter. The suspects then fled in two different vehicles. The victim sustained a cut on the head and cuts to his left wrist and arm. He was treated by Seattle Fire Personnel at the scene. A short time later officers spotted the suspect vehicles at Martin Luther King Jr. Wy s and S. Othello St. Additional officers responded and arrested the two male suspects. Both suspects are in their early 20’s. Both were booked into the KC Jail for Investigation of Assault.
