On October 8th, 2009, at approximately 12:00 p.m., a 21-year old male driver turned himself into detectives in connection with a hit and run collision that occurred earlier in the week. The suspect was interviewed by detectives and then released. At the completion of the investigation, the case will be forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for review.
