Seattle Police Homicide detectives have arrested four men wanted in connection with the February 1st, 2009 homicide in West Seattle. On that day at about 11:40 pm, the victim was crossing the street in the 4700 Block of California Avenue Southwest when two suspects shot the victim in the street. The suspects reportedly fled the scene in a white sedan. The victim was able to make his way inside a nearby restaurant where he collapsed. The victim was transported to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Seattle Police Homicide detectives arrested four suspects wanted in connection with this homicide on the morning of December 1st, 2009. The suspects are all men, ages 27, 28, 30 and 32. They were all arrested and charged in the King County Superior Court with First-Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit First-Degree Murder. One suspect was arrested early morning on December 1st in San Antonio, Texas, with the assistance of several agencies, including the U.S. Marshal’s Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. The other three suspects were arrested later that morning in the Seattle area.
This is an active and on-going homicide investigation as detectives continue to receive new information and follow up on leads.
