Robbery on Aurora, 3 suspects in custody

On January 18th, at about 6:48 pm, North Precinct bicycle officers were flagged down by two women who stated that they were the victims of an assault/robbery at North 92nd Street and Aurora Avenue North.  The women stated that three females had confronted them, and then one of the suspects pepper-sprayed the victim, while the others assaulted and grabbed the purse of the other women and fled northbound on Aurora.  Officers quickly located the three suspects, 2 adult and 1 juvenile female at North 95th and Aurora.  The suspects were postively identified and arrested.  The pepper-spray victim was treated on the scene by the Fire Department.  Some of the stolen property was recovered from the suspect.  The adult women were booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Robbery, Investigation of Assault, and Investigation of Harassment.  The juvenile suspect was booked into the Youth Services Center for the same charges.
