Homicide investigation in South Seattle

On March 28th at approximately 11:46 PM, officers responded to a 911 report of 3 to 4 shots fired outside a residence in the 4600 Block of South Brandon Street.  As officers were enroute to that address, the call was updated to note that a person was down on the ground in front of that address.  Officers arrived and found a male on the ground.  He had suffered obvious gunshot wounds and was not responsive.  The Seattle Fire Department arrived and the 24 year old victim was pronounced dead by Medics at the scene.  The victim had been shot in the head and chest.  Homicide detectives responded to the scene and are continuing their investigation.  At this time, there are no known suspects.
