On May 13th, at approximately 5:00 AM, South Precinct officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress to a business in the 3400 Block of 1st Avenue South. The 911 caller stated that they could see the suspect breaking into the business. Officers responded quickly and took the suspect into custody after a brief foot chase. The 51 year old male suspect was later booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Burglary.
