The incident from this morning has been ruled a Homicide and the suspect is in custody (see previous SPD Blotter posting).
On September 13th Homicide detectives were on scene investigating a found body in the 2000 block of 9th Avenue. A 32-year-old male approached detectives and engaged them in conversation. Based on information gathered during the course of that conversation, Homicide detectives arrested the man and subsequently booked him into the King County Jail for Investigation of Murder.
There are no additional suspects.
