Man robbed in Rainier Valley, suspect arrested

On November 2nd, at approximately 11:25 PM, South Precinct officers responded to the 6200 Block of Rainier Avenue South to a report of an armed robbery.  Officers contacted the victim who stated that he had been robbed of his money at knife point and then struck by the suspect while waiting at a bus shelter.    The suspect was located and detained at 46th Avenue South and South Warsaw Street by officers and the victim positively identified the suspect as the one who robbed him.  The 27 year old suspect was arrested and later booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Robbery.
