On February 14th, at approximately 7:50 PM, a 32 year old female was walking in the alley behind her apartment building when she was accosted by two unknown black male teenagers in the 3800 Block of South Edmunds Street. At least one of the suspect was reportedly armed with a small handgun. When the victim refused to hand over her purse, one suspect grabbed her while the other suspect punched her. The suspects grabbed the victim’s purse and fled. A witness came to the victim’s aid and called police. A K9 track was conducted, but unfortunately, the suspects could not be located. Seattle Fire Department also responded to the scene to treat the victim for her injuries. Detectives are now following up this investigation.
