Shots fired in Rainier Valley

On May 31st, at approximately 8:50 PM, South Precinct officers responded to the 4600 Block of South Othello Street on a report of several shots fired.  Officers spoke to a resident in the 4600 Block of Othello who stated that a dark green sedan drove by a house in that block and the people inside the car began yelling at a group of people standing in the driveway.  Shots were fired from inside the car toward the house.  Fortunately, no one was struck, however, there was damage to a parked car and the side of one of the houses.  Officers did recover a shell casing from the scene.  Officers conducted their investigation and cooridnated with the Gang Unit.
