Rainier Valley medical marijuana dispensary robbed

On June 27th, at approximately 7:50 PM, South Precinct officers responded to the 3200 Block of Rainier Avenue South on a report that the business had been robbed.  Officers arrived and spoke to the clerk, who relayed the following information:

At about 7:30 PM, two black males, one described as between 18-20 years old, 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, with dreadlocks, black shirt and red backpack and purple bandana, and the second, described as 18-20, 5-8, 150 pounds, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, red shorts, and red and white tennis shoes, entered the business.  One of the suspects pointed a gun at the clerk while he was robbed of some of his personal property.  The suspects then took cash and marijuana from the store.  The suspects fled on foot in different directions on Rainier Avenue South.  Despite quick containment and a K9 track by officers, the suspects were not located.  The employee was not injured in the robbery.  Detectives will now handle the follow up investigation.  Anyone with information on this crime is asked to contact Seattle Police.
