On August 4th, at approximately 9:15 PM, members of the West Precinct Anti-Crime Team (ACT) were conducting a narcotics operation in the same area they were the previous night. Officers observed a female engage in activity that was consistent with street level narcotics transactions. Officers contacted the female and placed her under arrest for Drug Traffic Loitering. After she was advised of her rights, search incident to arrest officers recovered approximately 14.4 grams of suspected crack cocaine, which later field tested positive for cocaine. Officers also seized $204.00 in cash from the woman. The 39 year old female was later booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of VUCSA.
