In regards to this morning’s tent removal, the arrest total has increased to eight. The total is current as of 11 a.m.
The most recent arrest is that of an adult woman. She was arrested for Obstructing a Public Officer, Resisting Arrest and Assault. During her arrest, she threw a cup of coffee on a police sergeant assigned to the event. The male employee was not injured but his uniform was soiled. The woman will be booked into King County Jail.
An adult woman who had been arrested for Obstructing a Public Officer was not released from the West Precinct as previously indicated. She was booked into King County Jail with the additional charge of Resisting Arrest.
