On November 22nd at approximately 9:25 p.m., West Precinct patrol officers responded to the 200 block of 2nd Avenue Extension S for a call of an injured man. Upon arrival they found the 34 year old male victim bleeding profusely from the neck. Due to his wounds, the victim was not able to communicate well with officers. Seattle Fire arrived and several more stab wounds were discovered after the victim’s clothing had been cut off, the most critical of which was at the base of the neck, behind the right clavicle. Medics immediately transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center for emergency treatment. His injuries are described as life threatening.
Homicide and Crime Scene Innvestigation detectives responded to the scene to interview witnesses and search for evidence. There is only a vague description of the suspect(s).
