On January 9th, at approximately 9:30 pm, four masked males wearing dark clothing entered a mini mart in the 2100 Block of 14th Avenue South. One suspect, described as a black male, was armed with a handgun. The other suspects took money out of the register, as well as other items. The suspects then fled on foot before getting into an older grey sedan. The suspects were described as the following:
Four males, late teens-early 20s, wearing dark clothing, bandanas or something covering their faces. One suspect, a black male, was armed with a handgun.
South Precinct officers responded along with a K9 team, but the suspects were gone. Robbery detectives will now handle the follow up investigation.
