The suspect wanted for the earlier shooting in Lake City this afternoon turned himself in to the Lake Forest Park Police Department shortly after 6:00 pm. Lake Forest Park Police contacted Seattle Police and Gang Unit detectives responded and took custody of the suspect. He was transported to the Gang Unit office where he was interviewed by detectives. The 47 year old male suspect will be booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Assault-Drive By. This remains an active and ongoing investigation handled by Gang Unit detectives.
