Detectives seeking information on a hit and run driver and vehicle

On Tuesday evening, June 5th, at approximately 6:10 p.m., a 30-year old female was standing near the bus stop on the west side of the street in the 11300 block of Lake City Way NE.

A vehicle traveling southbound jumped the curb and struck the female pedestrian.  The driver of the vehicle turned back onto the street and fled southbound on Lake City Way NE.  The vehicle was last seen turning onto westbound NE Northgate Way.   The female pedestrian suffered multiple leg fractures as a result of the collision.

The hit and run vehicle was described as a silver or gold colored 2004 to 2010 SUV, possibly a Lexus, driven by a white female 20-30 years old, with long “dirty blonde hair.”  The vehicle may have slight to moderate front end damage.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of this vehicle or driver is asked to call Traffic Collision Detective T. Bacon (206) 684-8932. Anonymous tips are welcome.
