Thursday, September 27: Video/Photo Opportunity – Open to the Public

Come join the Seattle Police Department’s Office of Emergency Management and City Target who are conducting a preparedness workshop from 5:30-7:00 p.m. as 75 families from the Rotary Boys & Girls Club (201 19th Avenue) learn what to do during earthquakes and other disasters.  It’s all part of a National Preparedness Month partnership between the Department’s Office of Emergency Management, the Seattle Police Foundation and Target.  Each family will receive a disaster kit from Target.  Then on Saturday, September 29, families are invited to City Target where they can customize their kits with $100 gift cards from Target.
