A woman was badly beaten in Westlake Park. On 6/24/13, just shortly before 3:00 p.m., officers responded to Westlake Park to a report of three females kicking a fourth female that was on the ground. When officers arrived they found the 30- year- old victim with injuries to her face. Seattle Fire responded and treated the woman. She was later transported to HMC for further treatment.
An anonymous witness pointed out three possible suspects walking away from the scene. Officers contacted the three women in the 1400 block of 4th Ave. The witness was brought to that location to make an identification. The witness was unable to positively identify the three subjects as the suspects who attacked the victim. The three women were identified and released from the scene.
It is unknown what preceded this attack. Anyone with information about this incident or know the suspects whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1. Anonymous tips are welcome.
