Suspect(s) made off with victims’ cash and cellphone. This morning, just shortly after 1:00 a.m., two male victims were walking southbound in the 5000 block of 18th Avenue NE. At the same time the male suspect was walking northbound in the same block, when he approached the victims.
The suspect pointed a black handgun at the victims and told them he wanted “all their stuff.” The victims raised their hands and the suspect went through their pockets. The suspect stole some cash from the victims’ wallets, took a cell phone from one victim and smashed the cell phone belonging to the second victim.
The suspects fled southbound on foot. The other three suspects were in the area but the victims could not provide a description of them.
Main suspect (with gun) described as a black male, 20s, 6-00, Slim build , with a short “afro” haircut. This suspect was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
The victims were not injured.
