Officers are investigating a DV incident in South Seattle this afternoon. There is a current no contact order in place which prohibits the suspect from having contact with the child in question. Today the suspect arrived at the victim’s home, got into a verbal altercation with the child’s mother.
When the child’s mother attempted to call 9-1-1, the suspect snatched her phone and broke it.
The suspect is a Hispanic male, brown eyes, 5’8, 160 pds. He is driving a black, 2008, Dodge Magnum with Washington plates 449ZOT.
The vehicle is occupied by the suspect and the victim a 3-year-old male child.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the suspect and or vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
**Suspect in custody in South King County. He turned himself in. The child is safe.
