Seattle police were called to a Ravenna apartment complex Tuesday afternoon after receiving a report of an assault on a Chihuahua.
Around 4:45 pm, the dog’s owner called police and said the suspect—who she’d previously had problems with—had spit onto her small dog from an upper balcony at an apartment complex on 21st Avenue NE and NE 75th Street.
Officers attempted to contact the suspect at his apartment, but no one came to the door.
The dog was not seriously injured during the incident, although he “declined to speak with officers,” according to an actual police report.
