Sex Offender arrested last night for failing to register as a sex offender. On 10/19/13, just shortly before 11:00 P.M., officers contacted the suspect in the 400 block of Broadway Ave E. The suspect is a Sex Offender from Anchorage Alaska. The suspect registered as a homeless sex offender in King County in December of 2005. The suspect has not signed in weekly, as required for homeless offenders, since October of 2010.
A King County SO Detective contacted the East Precinct and asked for assistance in locating the suspect. East Precinct Officers located the suspect panhandling in the 400 block of Broadway Av East. The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into the King County Jail for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender
