An armed man breaks into a South Seattle home. On 1/1/14, just shortly after 5:00 a.m., the victim was asleep in her home in the 3900 block of S. Holden street when she was awakened by an unknown man standing outside her bedroom door holding a Silver handgun.
The suspect pointed the handgun at the victim, and demanded items inside the house. The suspect took several items from the house, and left in an unknown vehicle and direction.
Officers conducted an area search for the suspect with negative results. The 61-yr-old victim was not injured. An Evidence Technician processed the scene.
The suspect is described as a White, possibly Hispanic male, 5-7, medium build, wearing a mask covering the bottom of his face and dark clothing.
